Guidance and Exploration
Yilabara explores job seekers strengths, career options and interests to jointly build a job plan that is realistic and achievable. Offering intensive support including understanding work readiness levels.
Work Preparation
Yilabara supports job seekers to become job ready through employer expos, meeting with community leaders, and understanding work sites. We job seekers to connect and engage in virtual and in-person counselling and support services where required, and work with family and other community supports to facilitate progress.
Work Opportunities
Yilabara explores job seekers strengths, considering career options, co-designing job plans with goals linked to aspirations. We offer intensive support guided by our assessed understanding work readiness levels.
Post-Placement Support
Yilabara supports all job seekers and their employers to overcome workplace and other challenges and celebrates job seekers successful an ongoing employment. Post placement support starts prior to commencement of a person’s new job through development of an in-work retention plan designed with the new employee and their future employer.
